Return Policy

 -Returns or exchanges aren't accepted. But please contact Lucy Lynn Party if you have any problems with your order.

-If the item or items purchased were customized, then it is FINAL SALE. No refund or exchange unless it is the fault of Lucy Lynn Party.

-Digital downloads are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

-If product(s) are received damaged or defective you have 72 hours to send an email. Direct messages or private messages do not count and will not be accepted. Send an email to orders@lucylynnparty.com with a picture of the product(s) , packing slip, and  explaining what is wrong  with the product(s). If approved, you will have 30 days to send the product back.

-Will not accept any returns of product(s) for reasons other than  them being damaged or defective. A misspelling, wrong date, or wrong picture are not eligible unless it on the fault of Lucy Lynn Party. Please fill out the boxes accurately and review before submitting.
