What's a custom printed balloon? 

A balloon that can be printed with a picture, text or combo of both.

Why should I buy a custom printed balloon?

It adds personality and will help make your event or gift more memorable. 

What size are the balloons? 

The medium air-filled balloon is 11 inches. The large helium filled balloon is 22 inches.

Is the balloon ship inflated?

No, the balloons will be shipped deflated.

What occasion can the balloons be used for?

Many! Weddings, birthdays, graduations,  holidays, parties, conferences and more.

How can the balloons be used? 

As table décor, part of or as a gift, decoration, conference packets,  business advertising or promotion, or just to brighten someone's day and more.

What can be printed on the balloons?

Text, a picture or a combo of both. As an inclusive company, Lucy Lynn Party reserves the right not to fulfill any order that is associated with anti-hate, racism, sexism (and the other isms), nudity, insulting, negative, dehumanizing etc. Seriously, there's zero tolerance. Good vibes only.

Can the balloon be customized to fit my event?

Yes. It will be a custom order.

Can I get a digital proof of the balloon?

Yes. The cost of a proof is $5 and non-refundable but will go towards the cost of your purchase of a balloon.

Do I need to pay a non-refundable deposit for custom orders? Yes

How much are custom orders?

Custom orders start at $12 for medium sized balloons and $21 for large sized balloons.

When should I place my order?

The sooner the better. At least 2 weeks before you are needing the balloon(s) for your event. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 some carriers might be experiencing delivery delays.

How long does take to process an order?

2-5 business days. 

I need more than 10 balloons, can that be done? 

Yes, for large orders please contact us first before ordering. Will need at least 3 weeks lead time.
